Janice Arvo, is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Edward Vance, CEO and Jonelle Vance, Executive Vice President. Janice performs administrative duties for project managers and support to the staff of the organization. Her executive responsibilities include screening calls, preparing AIA contracts and proposals, arranging meetings, act as recording secretary, and prepare action meeting minutes for distribution among key team members, maintains the calendar with appointments/meetings, and coordinates out of state travel and lodging arrangements.
Assisting the project managers, Janice performs a variety of duties such as all administrative details on architectural projects, tracking incoming and outgoing project related information and cataloging them into a database: emails, faxes, transmittals, submittals, RFI’s, and assisting in the preparation of proposals to clients and contractors.
As a support to the office, Janice is a notary public and performs clerical tasks such as, word processing, spreadsheets, filing, data entry, updating corporate rolodex, answering phones, distributing faxes, and ordering office supplies.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their son Dylan. She enjoys reading, bike riding, long walks and going to the movies.
