Nic Niccum, AIA, is currently a Sr. Project Manager with EV&A Architects. Through his leadership, he has the ability and credibility to coordinate all phases of work between the owner, contractor, vendors, and consultants. His 20-plus years of experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Architect have enabled him to methodically establish building programs, schedules, budgets and quality goals across various projects types and disciplines. He has also served as a Project Designer, allowing him to understand and appreciate the importance of facilitating management issues throughout each phase of a project without jeopardizing the overall design intent.
His role is to manage all facets of project management, across all phases for projects of varying scales and complexity. With his leadership, he will ensure that all project documentation will be tracked accurately and coordinated thoroughly between our team members and other design consultants. His responsibilities extend from Concept Design through Construction Administration, assuring direct accountability for the client’s continued success.
