Jeevan is a Job Captain with EV&A responsible for developing drawings for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and multi-family projects. He is proficient in Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Jeevan is a recent graduate of the University of Memphis, master’s program. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, he completed his undergrad in Architecture from Nepal and moved to Dubai to pursue a professional career where he worked at Retail/F&B and Commercial design and construction for almost 5 years. Jeevan moved to Tennessee to pursue his graduate studies at the University of Memphis. After earning his Master of Architecture, he went on to work as a Project Coordinator for Resorts World Las Vegas.
As part of his academic role, Jeevan has worked as a graduate assistant throughout his two years of graduate school and collaborated with various local non-profit organizations for design-built studios and his thesis project. During his graduate study, Jeevan was honored with many awards and scholarships for general excellence in architecture which includes Design Studio Awards, Tennessee Architecture Foundation Award, LRK Endowed Scholarship, Van Walton Memorial Scholarship. Starting in 2024, Jeevan will start taking his licensing exams to become a licensed architect.
